This flash itself is completely fictional.The song(which is in Spanish) talks about the misunderstandings between the citizens who have been divided by a corrupted goverment. The song is courtesy of the Venezuelan grunge band "Candy 66"

It was also made to introduce the Venezuelan band "Candy 66" to more of an international based audience.
